Cost

 

The cost of a Polygraph test is contingent upon the mitigating factors of your circumstances (i.e., location where test will be administered, number of people being tested, issue(s) being tested).    For a free consultation and estimate, please contact us.

**Saturday hours are available in Philadelphia and New Jersey only and require an additional surcharge per exam.**

(Amex, MasterCard, Visa and Discover are accepted.)
 

Payment

 

All examinations require a deposit of $200.00 to secure an appointment (additional deposit for Saturday appointments).  All deposits are non-refundable.  The balance of the exam fee will be due in cash, cashier's check or credit card at the time of the examination.   Liberty Polygraph Services accepts all major credit/debit cards or cash payments.   Please note that test reports/results will be withheld until payment in full is fully processed, which could take up to 48 hours.   

Cancellation Policy

REFUND POLICY

Deposits, referral fees and reservation fees are non-refundable.

Balances are non-refundable within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.

All credit card fees associated with deposits or balances are not refundable and will be deducted from valid refunds.

**CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING POLICY

More than 10 days' notice - No penalty if rescheduled, deposits may be applied to future exam (within 90 days from the date deposit was made).

10 or less days and more than 24 hours' notice - Loss of reservation fee.  A new reservation fee is required to reschedule.

Less than 24 hours' notice or no show (over 30 minutes late) - Client is responsible for and will be billed/charged for the entire exam fee.  A new reservation fee will be required to reschedule.

Deposits are good for 90 days.  If an appointment is not completed in those 90 days, a new reservation deposit will be required to schedule an exam.
